Refund Policy

In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect in craftsmanship as defined in our cosmetic standard, High Road Handcrafted will repair/replace the furniture and/or correct the issue. Our furniture is built from solid wood and our finishes are applied by hand and therefore many characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Please review our cosmetic standards inside of our FAQ. High Road Handcrafted will also repair/replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions. Due to the high costs of manufacturing, packaging, and delivery, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders for buyers remorse. All sales are final. However, if an issue arises the preceding policies should address all problems.
